We sell digital photographic images delivered electronically.

  • No physical products will be shipped

  • Images may vary slightly due to screen/display differences

  • All images remain subject to copyright

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise

  • Payment must be made in full before download access is provided

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

  • Digital images are delivered via download link or user account access

  • Delivery is typically immediate after payment

  • You are responsible for downloading and storing your files

We are not responsible for loss of files after delivery.

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded

Exceptions may apply if:

  • The file is corrupted or defective

  • You are unable to access your purchase due to a technical fault on our side

All images and content on this website are owned by Kester Consulting Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright laws.

You do not acquire ownership of the images. You are granted a licence to use them under the terms below.

 

Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are subject to a Standard Licence.

 

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the purchased image for:

  • Personal use

  • Social media posts (non-commercial or commercial accounts)

Restrictions:

You must NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the image

  • Upload the image to stock photography platforms

  • Use the image in a way that allows others to download it as a standalone file

  • Claim ownership or authorship of the image

  • Use the image for unlawful, defamatory, or offensive purposes

You must not use any image:

  • In a misleading or deceptive way

  • In connection with illegal activities

  • In a way that infringes privacy, moral rights, or intellectual property rights

  • In AI training datasets or machine learning systems without explicit written permission

  • In a way that suggests endorsement by Kester Consulting Pty Ltd

Attribution is appreciated but not required unless explicitly stated.

Where provided, attribution should be in the format:
“Image by Kester Consulting Pty Ltd”

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for major failures

  • Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kester Consulting Pty Ltd from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the images.

Upon termination, your licence to use the images may also be revoked.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant Australian state or territory.
